Ronald Mukoyi

CA (SA), Managing Director

Chartered Accountant | Founder & MD at GIVRON | 16+ Years in Audit, Advisory & Financial Leadership.
Experienced CA(SA) with a strong track record across sectors including Mining, Healthcare, FMCG, and Financial Services. Expert in audit, advisory, internal controls, CFO support, and asset/supply chain management. Proven leader with global exposure (US & UK) and a passion for driving financial excellence.

Given Ramodike

CA (SA), Director

Given Ramodike is a co-founder and director of GIVRON Accounting and professional Services.

He holds a BCom:Accounting from University of Limpopo and BCom: Accounting (Hons) from University of South Africa. He completed his articles with the Ngubane & Co. Whilst with the firm after completing his articles, he was promoted to a manager level for which he was responsible for clients both in public and private sector. He has over 5 years’ experience in the auditing field and he has about 1 year in consulting. Areas of specialization include:

• Public Sector Regulatory Auditing (Including performance reviews)
• Private Sector Auditing (Including sustainability audits)
